Date: Saturday, September 12, 2009 Place: John & Deb Ward's acreage 33 Gibbonslea Drive**, Gibbons **From Edmonton: either go north on 97 Street (which turns into Highway 28) OR take Manning Freeway (Highway 15) and turn left at Highway 28A Then... just after the turnoff for Gibbons, Highways 28 & 28A merge at an overpass. Just past the overpass, the highway narrows to one lane. Take the first right turn onto TWP 564 Take the second left turn (approx 1.5 km) onto RR 231 After 1 km, turn left into the Gibbonslea subdivision The road ends in a cul-de-sac - Ward's is the middle house, #33 Time: 11:00 am – 5:00 p.m. Admission: $5/person or $20/family (includes lunch) **Greyhounds admitted for free**

Schedule of events: 10:30 – Gates open, registration 11:00-3:00 - Shopping at vendors; view auction items; enter ballots in bag bid draws; greyhound games 12:00-1:30 - BBQ lunch: burgers, chips and beverages 1:00 - First table of bag bid draws 2:30 - Vendors close booths and pack up 3:00 – Live Auction 3:45– Second table of bag bid draws 4:00 - Live auction continues 4:30 - Final bag bid; silent auction closes 4:45 - Wrap up
